Bespoke builds start from £995, and the £395 offer is available to eligible small businesses. You get a written quote and a working prototype before paying a deposit.

What it makes possible.
Pages with a job to do
We work out what each page needs to explain and how somebody should enquire, book or buy. The quote names those pages and functions.
Performance checked
Images, page weight and loading behaviour are part of the build. We check the pages on phones as well as a desktop connection.
Usable on a phone
Visitors should be able to read the services, use the menu and send an enquiry without fighting the layout. Those routes are checked before launch.
Search basics in the build
Page headings, titles, descriptions and a sitemap help describe the site. Ongoing search work and content are quoted separately.
Extra functions agreed early
A booking tool, chatbot or shop can be included where it helps the business. We check the connection and its ongoing costs before adding it to the scope.
Handover and aftercare
You get a handover and 30 days of support after launch. We can then discuss hosting and further changes, or you can take the site elsewhere.

Bespoke websites start from £995. Sole traders and businesses with up to 5 employees may qualify for the £395 offer, subject to availability. The scope and final price are agreed in writing. We do not currently charge VAT.
What do I see before paying a deposit?
After the free call and written quote, I build a working prototype for you to try. You can click through it and decide whether to go ahead. If it is not right for you, you owe nothing.
Will I own the website and be able to move it?
The content, code and designs we make for the paid project transfer to you once it is paid in full. You can choose another host. Any third-party software licences and platform limits are explained separately.
Does a new website include ongoing SEO?
The build includes search basics such as page titles, descriptions and a sitemap. Ongoing content, link work, advertising and search reporting are separate services. Nobody can promise a particular Google position or a ChatGPT recommendation.
When do I pay?
Not before you have seen something. After a free call and a written quote, we build a working prototype. You only pay a deposit once you have tried it and decided to go ahead. If it is not right for you, you owe us nothing.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Everything we make for a paid project, including the content, code and designs, is transferred to you once it is paid for in full. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
What are the ongoing costs after launch?
Hosting is from £9.95 a month if you want us to run the site for you. Managed AI chat is from £29.95 a month and an AI phone line from £99.95 a month. Changes and new features are quoted when you need them.
