You decide
Only when you have tried it and want to go ahead do we ask for a deposit. If it is not right, you owe us nothing.

Build and launch
We finish the build, check it on phones and desktops, test the forms and any connections, then put it live.

Looked after
30 days of support after launch, then hosting from £9.95 a month if you want us to keep it running.

When a project is paid in full, the content, code and designs we made for you are yours. If you ever move on, you take your website with you.

Every question we get askedDo I pay anything before I see the prototype?
No. The call and the prototype come first. You only pay a deposit once you have tried the prototype and decided to go ahead. If it is not right for you, you owe us nothing.
How long does it take?
The timeline is written into your quote alongside the price, so you know it before you commit. Because a working prototype comes first, you see real progress early instead of waiting weeks for a first look.
Who owns the website when it is finished?
You do. Everything we make for a paid project, including the content, code and designs, is transferred to you once it is paid for in full. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
What do I need to have ready?
Nothing formal. Bring an idea of what you do and who you help. If you have a logo, photos or wording, great; if not, we can help with those too.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of support after launch. After that, hosting is available from £9.95 a month, and changes or extra features are quoted as you need them.
How do the monthly AI services work?
AI receptionists and chatbots are fully managed monthly plans, from £29.95 a month for chat and £99.95 a month for an AI phone line. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
