Your phone still rings first.
Then Cally takes it from there.

One missed call. Three simple steps. No voicemail to listen through.

  1. Your phone rings first.

Answer normally when you can. If you’re busy, an unanswered call diverts to Cally after the delay your provider supports.

  2. Cally takes the message.

A greeting in your business name. Their name, callback number and what they need. A friendly thank-you.

  3. The details reach your phone.

When the call ends, you get a compact text summary. Read it when you’re free, then call them back.

Made for the working day.
And the hands-full moments.

For the small business where the person doing the work is also the person answering the phone.

New call: Alex, 07700 900123. Wants an MOT next week. Please call back.

Thanks for calling Dan's garage. I'm Cally, his AI message assistant. Dan can't get to the phone. Can I take your name, number, and what you need?

Hi, it's Alex. My number's 07700 900123. I'd like an MOT next week, please.

Thanks, Alex. That's an MOT next week. I'll pass your message to Dan so he can call you back when he's free.

A few practical questions.

What is included for £14.95 a month?

Smart Voicemail starts from £14.95 a month with 50 AI voice minutes and 50 standard SMS parts per month. Cally takes the caller’s name, callback number and message, then texts a compact summary to the business owner after the call. No VAT is currently charged. Setup, any separate provider costs and extra usage are confirmed in writing before activation.

Does my phone still ring first?

Yes, with a supported unanswered-call divert. You answer normally when you can. If you do not pick up, the call goes to Cally instead of your usual voicemail. We check your provider and agree the delay it supports before switching anything. There is no fixed promise of 10 or 15 rings, and your provider may charge for forwarding.

What does 50 SMS parts mean?

It is an allowance of 50 standard text-message parts, not 50 summaries of any length. We keep summaries compact. A longer text, or one with certain characters, can use several parts and use more of the allowance. It is separate from the 50-minute voice allowance.

What happens if I use more than the allowance?

Extra minutes and SMS parts are billable at the rates agreed in your written quote before activation. We confirm how usage is counted and any number or forwarding costs, so you can decide whether the package fits your calls.

Can the greeting sound like my business?

Yes. We agree your business name, the owner’s name and a short greeting. For example, a garage can say Dan cannot get to the phone right now and ask what the caller needs. Cally introduces herself as an AI message assistant and does not claim to know what you are doing at that moment.

Can it book jobs or give quotes?

This package collects messages for you to respond to. It does not promise a booking, quote, emergency response or callback time. If you want business questions, supported booking connections or a fuller call flow, the managed AI receptionist starts from £99.95 a month.

How do we get started?

Tell Garreth your business name, phone provider, when you miss calls and which mobile should receive summaries. We agree the greeting, costs, caller-information handling and fallback, then test the setup before forwarding real calls. Monthly services require 30 days written notice to cancel; the current billing period is not refunded.
