What we do.
A separate account per site
Each site runs in its own hosting account, so its PHP version, databases and files are kept apart from other customers. You can have a login, or leave it all to us.
Moved for you
We copy your files, database and email settings from the old host, test the site on a temporary address, then switch DNS when you are happy.
SSL that renews itself
Let's Encrypt certificates are issued and renewed automatically, and we fix the mixed content warnings that stop the padlock appearing.
Backups kept off the server
Backups run automatically and are stored away from the hosting server, so a failed update or a hacked plugin is not the end of the site.
Patched and watched
We keep the server software and PHP patched, monitor the site for downtime and look into problems as soon as an alert comes in.

How much does managed hosting cost?
Hosting starts at £9.95 a month for a typical small business website. Busier sites, shops and sites with lots of email accounts can cost more, and we tell you the exact monthly figure before you move. Domain renewals and any paid extras are passed through at cost or paid by you directly.
What do you need from me to move my site?
Usually a login for your current hosting control panel, access to wherever your domain is registered, and a list of the email addresses you use. If you have lost those details, we can normally help you recover them through the registrar and the old host.
Will my website go offline during the move?
We aim for no visible downtime. The site is copied and tested first, and the DNS switch happens at a quiet time. The old hosting stays live until the change has spread, so visitors reach a working site either way.
Can I leave and take my website with me?
Yes. The site, the files and the database are yours. If you decide to move on, we give you a complete backup and help your new host get it running. Your domain stays registered in your name throughout.
