Questions people ask.
Will my clients know you are hosting their sites?
No, unless you tell them. Nameservers, control panel branding and system emails use your name. We talk to you, not your clients, unless you ask us to speak to one directly about a technical issue.
How is white-label hosting priced?
We agree a monthly fee with you based on the number of sites, storage and resources. You set your own prices to clients and keep the margin. Everything is agreed up front, and we review it as your client list changes.
Can you move my clients from my current reseller account?
Yes. We plan the migration in batches so you can warn clients and keep each switch small. Plesk and cPanel accounts usually move with their files, databases and email in one go.
What happens to my clients if I stop reselling?
That is your call. We can hand the sites and data back to you, move them to another host, or, if you and your clients want it, look after them directly. Your client relationships stay yours throughout.
