Stock counts that match everywhere you sell
We connect your website to your till, warehouse, suppliers and marketplaces, so a sale anywhere updates stock everywhere.
In plain English.
Overselling is one of the quickest ways to lose a customer and a marketplace rating. It usually happens because stock lives in more than one place: the website, a till system in the shop, a warehouse spreadsheet and an eBay listing, each with its own count. Somebody updates them by hand, and sooner or later one falls behind.
We build stock sync between WooCommerce or Shopify and your other systems, such as Square or Lightspeed EPOS, a 3PL warehouse, supplier stock feeds or Linnworks. We decide which system holds the master count, set safety buffers for fast sellers, and handle bundles and kits so one sale reduces the right components.
It suits you if.
- You sell in a physical shop and online
- You have sold items that were already gone
- Stock is kept in a spreadsheet as well as your website
- You use a 3PL or more than one warehouse
- You sell bundles made from individual stock items
What we do.
One master source
A single system chosen as the source of truth for each product, with every other system following it.
EPOS links
Till sales from Square, Lightspeed or Epos Now reduce online stock, and online orders reduce till stock.
Safety buffers
A few units of fast sellers held back on marketplaces, so a slow update does not cause an oversell.
Bundles and kits
Selling a bundle reduces each component, and the bundle shows out of stock as soon as any part runs out.
Sync log and alerts
Every stock change recorded with its source, plus alerts when a sync fails or counts drift apart.
How it runs.
- 01
List where stock lives
On a free call we list every place stock is counted and how it changes today.
- 02
Map and quote
We decide the master source for each product and fix the price for building the links.
- 03
Parallel run
The sync runs alongside your current process so counts can be compared before you rely on it.
- 04
Switch over
Manual updates stop, alerts go live and we check counts with you after the first busy week.
Questions people ask.
Can it work with my till system?
Most modern EPOS systems, such as Square, Lightspeed and Epos Now, have APIs we can connect to. Older tills may only export files, which can still be imported on a schedule. Tell us your system on the free call and we will check what it supports.
How often does stock update?
Where both systems support webhooks, stock changes pass across almost straight away. Otherwise syncs run on a timer, as often as both systems permit. We set buffers on fast-moving items to cover the gap, and you can see every update in the log.
What if my SKUs do not match between systems?
Mismatched or missing SKUs are the most common problem we find. Part of the job is matching products across systems using SKUs, barcodes or names, then giving you a list of anything that needs a decision from you before the sync goes live.
How much does stock sync cost?
It depends on how many systems are involved and what their APIs allow. You get a fixed price after a free call, agreed before work starts. Ongoing monitoring is available on a monthly fee, agreed up front, if you want it.
