One shop connected to every marketplace you use
We link your website to Amazon, eBay and Etsy so listings, stock and orders move between them automatically.
In plain English.
Selling the same products on your own site and two or three marketplaces goes wrong quickly when it is done by hand. The last item sells on eBay while it is still showing on Amazon. Orders arrive through four different screens. Every price change has to be made several times over.
Marketplace integration makes your shop the single source of truth. We connect WooCommerce or Shopify to Amazon through its Selling Partner API, to eBay through its Inventory and Fulfillment APIs and to Etsy through its Open API. Depending on your volumes, that runs as a direct link or through a multichannel tool such as Linnworks. Stock, prices and orders then update on their own.
It suits you if.
- You sell on your own site and at least one marketplace
- You have oversold because stock did not update in time
- Orders from different channels are processed separately
- You want to list your website products on a marketplace quickly
- You are choosing between a direct link and a tool like Linnworks
What we do.
Shared stock
A sale on any channel reduces stock on all of them, with buffer quantities to protect against overselling.
Listings from your shop
Products published to marketplaces from your existing catalogue, with category and item specific mapping for each one.
Orders in one place
Marketplace orders arrive in your shop's admin next to website orders, ready for picking and dispatch.
Dispatch and tracking sync
Mark an order as shipped once and the tracking number goes back to the marketplace it came from.
A connector that fits your size
We compare direct API links with multichannel tools and recommend the one that suits your order volume and budget.
How it runs.
- 01
Look at your channels
On a free call we go through your channels, order volumes and the tools you already pay for.
- 02
Choose the route
We recommend a direct connection or a multichannel tool, explain the running costs and fix our price.
- 03
Connect and map
We connect accounts in a test setup, map categories and push a small batch of listings first.
- 04
Switch on and watch
Full sync goes live and we monitor the first orders and stock movements before handing over.
Questions people ask.
Do I need a tool like Linnworks?
Not always. If you sell on one or two marketplaces with modest volumes, a direct integration or a plugin may be enough and avoids another monthly fee. Higher volumes or several warehouses tend to justify a dedicated multichannel tool. We set out both options with their running costs.
Will my existing marketplace listings be affected?
We match existing listings to your shop products by SKU or EAN, so duplicates are not created. Where listings do need changing, we test on a small batch first and show you the result before anything wider goes live.
How much does marketplace integration cost?
Our work is a fixed price per project, agreed before we start. Any connector subscription or marketplace fee is yours and paid directly, so you can see the full running cost of the setup before you decide to go ahead with it.
What happens if the sync breaks?
Each integration includes error alerts, so a failed listing or order is flagged instead of being lost quietly. If you would like us to keep watching it after launch, ongoing support is available on a monthly fee agreed up front.
