Your shop and ERP working from the same data

Orders flow into your ERP, and stock, prices and customer accounts flow back to the shop on a schedule you can trust.

Ecommerce ERP Integration: where you are, the work, and where it gets you.

In plain English.

An ERP, or enterprise resource planning system, is where many businesses keep stock, purchasing, pricing and accounts. When the website sits apart from it, someone ends up exporting orders, rekeying them and updating stock on the site by hand. That is slow, and every keystroke is a chance for a mistake.

We connect WooCommerce and Shopify to ERPs including Sage 200, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, Brightpearl and Cin7, using their APIs where available and scheduled file exchange where not. We agree which system owns each piece of data, and every sync is logged with alerts on failure, so a missing order is caught the same day.

It suits you if.

  • Staff copy website orders into your ERP by hand
  • Stock levels on the website are often wrong
  • Trade prices are kept separately in the ERP and on the website
  • You are moving to a new ERP and need the shop connected
  • Order volumes have grown beyond manual processing

What we do.

Order export

Web orders created in the ERP as sales orders, with customer, VAT, delivery and payment details mapped correctly.

Stock and price import

Stock levels and price lists pulled from the ERP on a schedule, or close to live where the API supports it.

Customer account sync

Trade accounts, credit limits and customer-specific pricing kept consistent across both systems.

Clear data ownership

A written map of which system is the master for each field, so updates never overwrite each other.

Logging and alerts

Every transfer recorded, with email alerts on failures and a simple way to retry.

How it runs.

  1. 01

    Understand the ERP

On a free call we find out which ERP you use, what its API exposes and where today's manual work happens.

  2. 02

    Data mapping

We document every field that moves between the systems and fix the price for the build.

  3. 03

    Build and test

The integration runs against a test company or sandbox in your ERP until orders, stock and prices all match.

  4. 04

    Go live with checks

We switch it on, reconcile the first batch of orders with your team and hand over the documentation.

Questions people ask.

Which ERP systems can you connect to?

Any ERP with an API, or one that can import and export files on a schedule. Sage 200, Business Central and NetSuite are common examples, and older on-premise systems can usually be reached through CSV files or a database connection. We confirm what is possible on the free call.

Do I need to involve my ERP supplier?

Sometimes. Some ERPs need an API module switched on, a licence for an integration user or credentials only your supplier can issue. We tell you exactly what to ask them for, and we are happy to talk to them directly with your permission.

Will the sync be live or scheduled?

Where the ERP and the shop both support webhooks, orders can transfer within moments of being placed. Otherwise we schedule syncs as often as the systems allow. For most shops, frequent scheduled stock updates are dependable and cheaper to run than a fully live link.

How much does an ERP integration cost?

It depends on the ERP's API, how many types of data move and how much clean-up the data needs. You get a fixed price after the mapping stage, agreed before any build work. ERP licence or API module fees are yours, paid directly to your supplier.
