Dropshipping shops that pass orders straight to suppliers
We build shops where supplier stock and prices update automatically and each order goes to the right supplier.
In plain English.
Dropshipping means you sell products that your supplier holds and ships directly to your customer. It keeps your stock risk low, but the shop has to work harder: import supplier catalogues, keep stock and prices in step, and route each order to the right supplier without anyone copying details across by hand.
We build dropshipping shops on WooCommerce or Shopify with supplier feeds imported on a schedule, from CSV, XML or an API. Margin rules set your selling price from the supplier's cost. Orders go to suppliers by email, SFTP file or API, and tracking numbers flow back to the customer when the supplier provides them.
We also make sure delivery estimates, returns terms and your business details are easy to find. Buyers look for them before ordering from a shop they have not used before, and UK consumer law expects them to be clearly shown.
It suits you if.
- You resell products from one or more UK or EU wholesalers
- Your supplier offers a stock feed or API
- You are tired of forwarding orders by email
- Prices and stock on your shop often go out of date
- You want to test a product range before buying stock
What we do.
Supplier feed import
Scheduled imports from CSV, XML or supplier APIs, mapping the supplier's categories and attributes onto yours.
Margin and pricing rules
Selling prices set as a markup on cost, with rounding and minimum margins, recalculated on every import.
Automatic order routing
Each order line goes to the supplier who holds it, by email, API or SFTP file, with a copy kept for you.
Tracking back to customers
Where suppliers send tracking numbers, they are added to the order and emailed to the customer automatically.
Out-of-stock handling
Products hide or switch to backorder when the supplier runs out, so you are not taking money for stock nobody has.
How it runs.
- 01
Check the suppliers
On a free call we look at what your suppliers can send: feeds, APIs or just spreadsheets. That decides how much can be automated.
- 02
Fix the scope
We list each supplier connection and shop feature, with a price agreed before work starts.
- 03
Prototype with live feeds
You try a working shop pulling real supplier data, and pay the deposit only if you want to carry on.
- 04
Launch and monitor
We go live, watch the first imports and orders, and sort out any supplier data quirks that appear.
Questions people ask.
Can you connect to any supplier?
If a supplier can send a file or offers an API, we can usually connect to it. Some only email a spreadsheet, which we can still import on a schedule. We check each supplier's options on the free call before quoting, so there are no surprises later.
Do you find suppliers or products for me?
No, we build and run the technical side. Choosing suppliers, agreeing terms and picking products is your call. We can tell you which suppliers have data that is easier to work with, which is worth knowing before you commit to one.
What are my legal obligations?
You are the seller, so your customers' consumer rights apply to you, including clear prices, delivery information and the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We build the pages and checkout to show this clearly, but check the specifics with your own adviser.
How much does a dropshipping website cost?
The main variable is how many suppliers you connect and how good their data is. After a free call you get a fixed quote, and you only pay a deposit once you have tried a working prototype and decided to go ahead.
