Sage connected to the rest of your business
Whether you run Sage 50 on a desktop or Sage Accounting in the cloud, we connect it so orders, invoices and stock move without rekeying.
In plain English.
Sage comes in different forms, and they connect in different ways. Sage Business Cloud Accounting has a modern online API. Sage 50 Accounts usually runs on a PC or server in your office and is reached through its SDK, Sage Data Objects, or through import files, sometimes with a small connector program running alongside it.
Many established UK businesses have years of history in Sage 50 and good reasons not to move. We work with that. Common jobs include sending web orders into Sage as sales orders or invoices, keeping stock levels in step with your website, and creating customer accounts from your CRM with the right account references.
If you are thinking about moving from Sage 50 to the cloud, or to Xero or QuickBooks, we plan the integrations around that change, so you are not paying to build the same link twice. We will also flag anything the move would break.
It suits you if.
- You run Sage 50 and key in web or phone orders by hand
- Stock in Sage and stock on your website never quite match
- You use Sage Business Cloud Accounting and want it linked to your shop or CRM
- Customer accounts get set up twice, once in Sage and once elsewhere
- You are weighing up a move away from Sage 50 and need a plan
What we do.
Sage 50 and cloud
We work with Sage 50 Accounts through its SDK or imports, and with Sage Business Cloud Accounting through its API.
Sales orders and invoices
Web or app orders become Sage sales orders or invoices with the correct account references and tax codes.
Stock levels in step
Stock and prices can flow from Sage to your website, so customers see what you actually hold.
Your references respected
We follow your existing Sage account and product codes, so your reports and history stay consistent.
Planned for change
Integrations are built so either end can be swapped if you later change accounts package.
How it runs.

We confirm the best connection method for your version and any licence or hosting implications.
- 03
Build and test
We test against a backup copy of your Sage data first, never your live company.
- 04
Go live
We install or switch on the integration, check the first postings with your accounts team and stay close for the first few weeks.
Questions people ask.
Can you integrate with Sage 50 on our office PC?
Usually, yes. Sage 50 can be reached through Sage Data Objects or import files, normally via a small program running on the same machine or network. That machine needs to be switched on when syncs run, or we schedule them for working hours. We confirm the details for your version first.
How much does a Sage integration cost?
It depends on the Sage version and what needs to sync. Cloud integrations are generally simpler than desktop ones. We give you a fixed quote after the free call. Any Sage licence or add-on costs are paid by you directly to Sage or your reseller.
Will this affect our Sage data?
We test against a backup copy of your company data, never the live file. When it goes live, the integration only creates the records we agreed, and every posting is logged. Your usual Sage backups carry on as normal, and we check they are running before we start.
Should we move off Sage 50 instead?
Not necessarily. If Sage 50 works for you and your accountant, it can be connected. If you are already planning a move, it can be cheaper to do that first and integrate once. We give you an honest view on the free call and leave the decision with you.
