Your accounts updated without the manual keying
We connect your shop, booking system or app to your accounts package, so invoices, payments and fees post themselves with the right codes.
In plain English.
Most small businesses keep their books in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent or KashFlow. The sales, though, happen somewhere else: a WooCommerce shop, an EPOS till, a booking system or eBay. Getting those figures into the accounts usually means exports, spreadsheets and evenings spent reconciling.
We build integrations that post each sale, refund and payment into your accounts package automatically, with the correct VAT rate, nominal code and tracking category. Payment processor fees from Stripe, PayPal or SumUp are split out properly, so bank reconciliation becomes matching rather than detective work.
This page covers the general picture and less common packages such as KashFlow and FreeAgent. If you use Xero, QuickBooks or Sage, each has its own page with more detail. We always agree the mapping with your accountant or bookkeeper before switching anything on.
It suits you if.
- Someone exports sales and keys them into your accounts each week
- Bank reconciliation takes hours because payouts are lumped together
- VAT returns need a lot of manual checking
- You use KashFlow, FreeAgent or another package that ready-made connectors ignore
- Your accountant keeps asking for the same missing details
What we do.
Correct codes every time
Each product, service and fee is mapped to the right nominal code, VAT rate and tracking category.
Payout reconciliation
Stripe, PayPal and marketplace payouts are broken down into sales, refunds and fees so they match your bank feed.
Less common packages too
KashFlow, FreeAgent and older Sage installs are supported where their APIs or import formats allow.
Summary or detail
Post every invoice individually, or a daily summary journal, depending on volume and your accountant's preference.
Exceptions list
Anything that cannot be matched, such as a deleted product or unknown customer, is flagged for a person to check.
How it runs.
- 01
Free call
Tell us where sales happen, which accounts package you use and who looks after your books.
- 02
Map with your accountant
We draft the mapping of products, fees and VAT, then check it with your accountant or bookkeeper.
- 03
Build and test
We test against a demo company or a copy of your books, so nothing touches the real figures until it is right.
- 04
Switch on
We go live from an agreed date, check the first week's postings with you and tidy any loose ends.
Questions people ask.
Which accounting packages do you work with?
Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage Business Cloud Accounting, Sage 50 (through its SDK or import files), FreeAgent and KashFlow are the most common. If you use something else, tell us on the free call and we will check what its API or import options allow before quoting.
Why not just use an app from the Xero or QuickBooks marketplace?
Sometimes you should, and we will say so. Ready-made connectors are cheap but rigid, and they often lump fees together or ignore your tracking categories. A custom integration posts exactly what your accountant wants, and suits businesses with unusual products, several sales channels or higher volumes.
How much does an accounting integration cost?
A one-way sync from a single sales channel is a small project. Several channels, stock or two-way syncing take more work. You get a fixed quote after the free call. Your accounts package subscription remains yours and is paid directly to the provider.
Will it mess up my existing books?
We take care that it does not. We test against a demo company or a copy first, agree a start date so there is no overlap with what you have already entered, and check the first week of postings with you. Nothing posts to your live accounts until you are happy.
