Microsoft 365 that works the way it should
We fix Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems, tidy up licences and secure your Microsoft 365 account.
In plain English.
Microsoft 365 does a lot, but most small businesses only use a fraction of it and pay for licences they do not need. Common complaints include Outlook freezing or asking for a password repeatedly, files saved in three different places, and shared mailboxes nobody quite understands.
We look after the whole tenant, meaning your organisation's Microsoft 365 account. That covers Exchange Online mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint sites, OneDrive syncing and the user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID. We fix the immediate problem, then sort the setup underneath it.
Security matters here too. Your Microsoft 365 login is the key to your email and files, so we switch on multi-factor authentication, remove old accounts and check who can sign in from where. If you are on Business Premium, we also set up Conditional Access and Defender.
It suits you if.
- Outlook keeps crashing or prompting for a password
- Files are scattered across desktops, OneDrive and old servers
- You are not sure which Microsoft licences you pay for
- Former staff still have active accounts
- Multi-factor authentication is not switched on for everyone
What we do.
Outlook and mailbox fixes
Profile corruption, sync errors, full mailboxes and calendar sharing problems resolved, on Windows, Mac and mobile.
Shared mailboxes and groups
Shared addresses such as sales@ and accounts@ set up so the right people see them, without paying for extra licences.
SharePoint and OneDrive structure
Company files organised into SharePoint sites with sensible permissions, and OneDrive syncing working on every laptop.
Licence review
We compare what you pay for against what people actually use, and recommend the right mix of Business Basic, Standard and Premium.
Account security
MFA for every user, legacy sign-in methods blocked, admin roles kept to a minimum and sign-in alerts set up.
How it runs.

- 02
Tenant review
With admin access, we look at users, licences, security settings, mailboxes and storage.
- 03
Fix and secure
Urgent faults first, then security settings and tidying, with changes explained to you before they affect staff.
- 04
Ongoing support
Your team can come to us with Microsoft 365 questions, and we handle new users and licence changes.
Questions people ask.
Do I buy licences through you?
You can buy them directly from Microsoft or we can arrange them. Either way, licence costs are yours and passed through at cost. We will tell you if you are paying for more than you need.
What does Microsoft 365 support cost?
One-off fixes and setup projects get a fixed price after the free call. Ongoing support is a monthly fee agreed up front, usually based on the number of users and how much help they tend to need.
Will turning on MFA lock people out?
Not if it is planned. We tell staff in advance, help each person set up the Microsoft Authenticator app, and stay on hand during the first day or two to deal with anyone who gets stuck.
Does Microsoft back up my email and files?
Microsoft keeps the service running and holds deleted items for a limited time, but that is not the same as a backup you control. If an account is compromised or files are wiped, a separate backup is what gets you back. We can set one up.
