IT support for businesses without an IT department
One trusted partner to call for laptops, logins, printers and the small problems that eat up your day.
In plain English.
In most small businesses, IT is whoever in the office is least scared of computers. That works until a laptop dies before a deadline, a new starter needs setting up, or the printer refuses to talk to anyone. Those jobs pull people away from the work they are paid for.
We act as your IT helpdesk. Your team can email or call with a problem, and we fix it remotely where possible using secure screen-sharing. When it needs hands on hardware, we come out. We work on site across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, and remotely anywhere in the UK.
Beyond fixing things, we keep a simple record of your devices, accounts and licences, set up new laptops consistently and close accounts properly when people leave. Over time that turns a pile of one-off fixes into a setup that causes fewer problems in the first place.
It suits you if.
- You have between one and around thirty staff and no IT person
- New starters wait days for a working laptop and email
- Nobody knows who has access to which accounts
- Printers, Wi-Fi or shared drives cause weekly frustration
- You want someone local who can come in when needed
What we do.
Remote helpdesk
Most problems are fixed over a secure remote session, so your team is back working without waiting for a visit.
On-site visits
For hardware faults, office moves and installs, we come to you across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
Starters and leavers
New staff get a laptop, email and the right shared folders on day one. Leavers have access removed and their data kept safe.
Device setup and management
Windows 11 and Mac laptops are set up to a standard, with updates, antivirus and disk encryption switched on. Microsoft Intune can manage this centrally where you have the licence.
Asset and licence record
A simple list of every device, account and software licence, so renewals and audits stop being guesswork.

Questions people ask.
How much does IT support cost?
It depends on the number of people and devices, and if you want a monthly plan or help as needed. After the free call we agree a fixed monthly fee or a clear per-job price. Hardware and software licences are passed through at cost.
How fast will you respond?
We deal with requests during working hours and prioritise anything stopping people from working. We do not sell round-the-clock cover, and we are honest about when someone will pick up your issue.
Do you sell laptops and software?
We can source and set up hardware, and arrange Microsoft 365 or other licences. These are charged at cost or bought directly by you. You own everything, and we keep a record of what was bought and when.
Can you work alongside our existing provider?
Yes. Some clients keep a specialist for a particular system, such as their accounts software or phone line, and use us for everyday support. We agree who handles what, so nothing falls between the gaps.
