Marketing that follows up on its own
We connect your website, CRM and email platform so leads get the right message at the right time without manual chasing.
In plain English.
Plenty of businesses lose work simply because nobody followed up. An enquiry arrives on Friday, gets answered on Tuesday, and the customer has gone elsewhere. A quote is sent and never chased. A customer buys once and never hears from you again.
Marketing automation fixes that with simple rules. When someone fills in a form, books a call, buys a product or goes quiet, a sequence of emails, texts or tasks starts automatically. We build these in tools you may already have, such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Klaviyo or Mailchimp, and connect anything else with Zapier, Make or n8n.
For online shops, that covers the ecommerce flows: welcome, abandoned basket, post-purchase review requests and replenishment reminders. For service businesses, it covers enquiry follow-ups, quote chasers and lead scoring that tells your sales team who is ready to talk, so their time goes on the people most likely to buy.
It suits you if.
- Enquiries wait too long for a reply
- Quotes go out and nobody chases them
- You copy data between systems by hand
- You want shop emails triggered by what customers do
- Your sales team cannot tell which leads are warm
What we do.
Lead nurture sequences
Short email series after an enquiry or download, answering common questions and inviting the next step.
Quote and booking chasers
Reminders sent after a quote or before an appointment, stopping as soon as the customer replies or pays.
Ecommerce email flows
Abandoned basket, post-purchase, review request and replenishment emails triggered by order data.
Lead scoring
Points for email clicks, page visits and form fills, with an alert to sales when a lead crosses the line.
System connections
Forms, CRM, email platform and spreadsheets linked through native integrations, Zapier, Make or n8n.
How it runs.
- 01
Free call
We talk through where leads and customers fall through the gaps.
- 02
Map and plan
We map the current process and agree which automations come first.
- 03
Build and test
Sequences and integrations are built and tested with dummy contacts.
- 04
Launch and review
Automations go live, and after a month we review results and adjust timing and wording.
Questions people ask.
Will automated emails feel impersonal?
Not if they are written well and sent at sensible moments. We write them in your voice, keep them short and send them from a real person's name. Anyone who replies reaches a human, and the sequence stops for them straight away.
Do I need to buy new software?
Often not. Many businesses already pay for a CRM or email platform with automation features they have never switched on. If you do need a new tool, we recommend one that fits your size, and the subscription is in your name.
How long does it take to set up?
A single follow-up sequence can be live in a week or two. A full set covering enquiries, quotes and customer follow-up takes longer, depending on how many systems need connecting. We agree the scope and timeline before starting.
Can my team change the messages later?
Yes. We build in tools your team can use and leave short notes on how each automation works. We can also train someone on your team to edit wording and timings, so small changes never need to wait for us.
