A CRM set up around the way you sell
We choose, configure and populate a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho, then connect it to your website and inbox.
In plain English.
A CRM, or customer relationship management system, keeps every lead, customer, quote and conversation in one place. Without one, details live in inboxes, spreadsheets and people's heads, and work slips through the gaps when someone is off sick, on holiday or leaves.
We help you pick a CRM that suits your size and budget, often HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM. Then we set up pipelines that match your real sales stages, custom fields for what you need to know, and user permissions. Your existing contacts are imported, cleaned and de-duplicated.
The CRM is then linked to your website forms, email inbox, calendar and, where useful, your accounting software, so new leads arrive without retyping. We train your team and leave simple guides. If no off-the-shelf CRM fits, we can build a custom one instead.
It suits you if.
- Leads are tracked in spreadsheets or inboxes
- You have a CRM nobody uses properly
- You cannot see how many quotes are open or what they are worth
- Contact data is duplicated or out of date
- You want website enquiries to land straight in a pipeline

Questions people ask.
Which CRM should I use?
HubSpot suits businesses that want marketing and sales together, Pipedrive is simple and focused on deals, and Zoho CRM is flexible at a lower cost. We recommend one after seeing how you work. Licence fees are paid by you directly to the provider.
Can you move our data from spreadsheets or an old CRM?
Yes. We map your old fields to the new system, clean up duplicates and formatting, and import in stages so we can check the results. Notes, deals and attachments can usually come across too, depending on the source system.
How long does a CRM set-up take?
For a small team, a few weeks from choosing the system to training. Larger data imports or several integrations take longer. We agree the timeline and a fixed price before we start, so there are no surprises along the way.
What if my team does not use it?
This is the most common problem with CRMs, so we design around it: few required fields, automatic logging of emails and forms, and training focused on daily tasks. We check usage after launch and simplify anything people avoid.
