Email marketing that people are glad to receive
We set up your email platform, grow a properly consented list and send campaigns that bring people back to your website.
In plain English.
Your email list is one of the few marketing channels you own outright. No algorithm decides who sees your message, and a single campaign to past customers can bring in work that would cost far more to win through advertising.
We help you choose and set up a platform such as Mailchimp, Brevo, MailerLite or Klaviyo, import your existing contacts with proper consent records, and design a reusable template that looks right on phones and in Outlook. Then we plan and write regular campaigns: news, offers, guides and reminders.
Deliverability is built in. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your sending domain, add one-click unsubscribe to meet Google and Yahoo's bulk sender rules, and keep your list clean so messages land in the inbox. Sign-up forms follow UK GDPR and PECR, including the soft opt-in for existing customers.
It suits you if.
- You have customer email addresses you never use
- Your newsletters go out irregularly or not at all
- Your emails land in spam or promotions folders
- You are not sure your list is GDPR compliant
- You want an easy way to announce offers and news
What we do.
Platform set-up
Account, sending domain, branding and sign-up forms on Mailchimp, Brevo, MailerLite, Klaviyo or the platform you already pay for.
Consent and compliance
Sign-up wording, double opt-in where suitable, soft opt-in for customers, and unsubscribe handling in line with UK GDPR and PECR.
Email templates
A responsive template in your brand, tested in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail on desktop and mobile.
Campaign writing
Subject lines, copy and calls to action written for each send, with your approval before it goes.
Domain authentication
SPF, DKIM and DMARC records set up so inbox providers trust mail from your domain.
Honest reporting
Clicks, unsubscribes and the sales or enquiries each campaign led to, with open rates read cautiously because Apple Mail Privacy Protection inflates them.

Questions people ask.
Can I email customers who never signed up to my newsletter?
Sometimes. Under the PECR soft opt-in, you can email existing customers about similar products or services if they were given a chance to opt out when they bought and in every email since. Bought lists and cold contacts are a different matter, and we will not use them.
Which email platform should I use?
It depends on your list size, budget and what you sell. Mailchimp and MailerLite suit simple newsletters, Brevo is good value for larger lists, and Klaviyo is strong for online shops. The platform subscription is yours and paid directly to the provider.
How often should I send?
Often enough that people remember you, rarely enough that every email is worth opening. For most businesses that is somewhere between twice a month and once a week. We start steadily and adjust based on clicks and unsubscribes.
Why do my emails go to spam?
Common causes are missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, sending from a free Gmail or Hotmail address, old or bought contacts, and spammy wording. We check each of these, fix what we find, then watch Google Postmaster Tools for problems.
