Exhibition stands that pull people in from the aisle
We design shell scheme graphics, pop-up stands, roller banners and backdrops to the organiser's rules and the supplier's exact templates.
In plain English.
At a show you have a few seconds as someone walks past. The top of the stand needs to say who you are and what you do in a handful of words, high enough to be seen over the crowd. Detail belongs lower down at eye level, on a screen or in a conversation. We plan the graphics around how visitors actually approach a stand.
Every stand system has its own template. Shell scheme panels, pop-up frames, roller banners and fabric backdrops each need specific sizes, bleeds and safe areas, and organisers often set deadlines and fire rating rules. We work to those templates and send files to your chosen display supplier or printer, or one we arrange.
It suits you if.
- You have booked a trade show, conference or careers fair
- Your existing pop-up stand graphics are out of date
- You need matching banners for a reception or showroom
- You want displays that can be reused across several events
What we do.
Visible from a distance
Key message and logo placed high and large so they show above the heads of the crowd.
Supplier templates
Artwork built on the exact template from your stand or banner supplier, with their bleed and safe zones.
Reusable design
Panels designed so event-specific details can be swapped without reprinting the whole stand.
Supporting materials
Matching leaflets, screen loops and name badges, so everything on the stand looks connected.
Deadline planning
We work back from organiser and supplier deadlines, so print never becomes a last-minute rush.
How it runs.

- 02
Templates and plan
We collect supplier templates and organiser rules, then sketch the stand layout.
- 03
Design
Each panel is designed and shown in a visual of the full stand so you can judge it as a whole.
- 04
Production
Files go to your display supplier or printer in time for their deadline.
Questions people ask.
Do you supply the stand hardware?
We design the graphics. Stand frames, banners and printing come from your display supplier, or one we arrange and manage for you. Their costs are separate from ours and are passed through at cost if we arrange them.
How far ahead should I book?
Ideally six to eight weeks before the event. Print and fabric suppliers often need artwork two to three weeks before delivery, and the organiser may have earlier deadlines for shell scheme fascia names. Shorter timescales are sometimes possible, so ask.
Can I reuse the stand at other shows?
Yes, and we design with that in mind. Event names and dates go on smaller panels or screens, so the main graphics can be used again. We can also adapt the artwork if your next stand is a different size or shape.
What do you need from me?
The stand size and type, the supplier's templates if you have them, your brand files, the main message you want visitors to take away, and any product photos or images you would like to feature.
