Presentations that make your point clearly

We redesign your deck and build a master template in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides that your team can reuse without breaking.

Presentation Design: where you are, the work, and where it gets you.

In plain English.

Most decks have too much on each slide because the slides are doing two jobs: something to speak over and something to send afterwards. We separate those. Slides to present from carry one idea each with a strong visual, while a leave-behind version holds the detail. Charts are redrawn so the number that matters stands out.

Behind the scenes we build a proper template using slide masters, layouts, theme colours and theme fonts. Your team can then add a slide from the layout menu and it already looks right, rather than copying an old slide and dragging text boxes around. We build in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides, whichever your team uses daily.

It suits you if.

  • You are pitching to investors, buyers or a tender panel
  • Your sales team all use different versions of the deck
  • Your slides are walls of text and bullet points
  • You present at events and need slides that read at the back of the room

What we do.

Story first

We work through the order of your argument before designing, so the deck builds towards the decision you want.

Master template

Slide masters, layouts and theme colours set up so new slides are on brand by default.

Charts redrawn

Data rebuilt as native, editable charts with the key figure highlighted.

Presenter and send versions

A lean version to present from and a fuller version to send as a PDF.

Icons and diagrams

Simple custom diagrams and an icon set that match your brand, editable inside the deck.

Questions people ask.

Can you work in Google Slides?

Yes. We build in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides. Google Slides has fewer layout and font options, so we design within its limits to make sure nothing breaks when colleagues open the deck in a browser on a different machine.

Do you write the content?

We tighten and restructure what you have, and can rewrite slide text so it is shorter and clearer. For a pitch or tender we can also help shape the storyline. Full copywriting from a blank page is quoted separately.

How long does a deck take?

A 15 to 20 slide deck typically takes one to two weeks including feedback. Large decks, or full templates for a sales team, take longer. If you have a fixed pitch date, tell us and we will plan back from it.

Will my team be able to edit it?

Yes, that is the point of the template. Text sits in placeholders, colours come from the theme and charts stay editable. We include a one-page guide and can run a short session with the people who will use it most.
