B2B Ecommerce Websites: where you are, the work, and where it gets you.

In plain English.

Selling to other businesses works differently from retail. Each customer may have their own price list, payment terms and minimum order. Buyers often know the part numbers already and want to type them in, not browse a catalogue. A standard consumer shop gets in the way of all of this.

We build B2B ecommerce on WooCommerce with role-based pricing, account approval, purchase order numbers at checkout and pay-on-account alongside card. Quick order forms and CSV upload let buyers paste a whole order at once. Invoices can sync to Xero, Sage or your ERP, so your accounts team is not rekeying anything.

If your larger buyers work inside procurement systems such as SAP Ariba or Coupa, we can also add punch-out. That lets them browse your catalogue from within their own purchasing software, then send the basket back through their usual approval process.

It suits you if.

  • Your trade customers order by email, phone or spreadsheet
  • Different customers pay different prices
  • You offer credit accounts or 30-day terms
  • Buyers reorder the same items regularly
  • You sell to both trade and retail and want one system

What we do.

Customer-specific pricing

Price lists by customer, group or quantity break, shown only once a buyer logs in.

Pay on account

Approved customers check out on credit terms with a PO number, while new customers pay by card.

Quick order and reorder

Order by SKU, upload a CSV, or repeat a previous order from the account area with one click.

Trade account approval

New trade sign-ups wait for your approval, with VAT number and company details captured on the form.

Hidden or split pricing

Show prices to logged-in trade customers only, or show retail prices to visitors and trade prices once someone signs in.

Back-office links

Orders and invoices pushed to Xero, Sage or your ERP, with stock and price changes pulled back to the site.

    Roll out to accounts

We import customers and price lists, send log-in invitations and support you through the first orders.

Questions people ask.

Can each customer see different prices?

Yes. Prices can be set per customer, per customer group or by quantity, and a buyer only ever sees their own. We can import price lists from a spreadsheet or pull them from your ERP, so you are not keeping two sets of prices in step by hand.

Can retail and trade customers use the same site?

They can. Visitors see retail prices and pay by card, while logged-in trade accounts see their own prices and payment options. Some businesses prefer a separate trade-only site instead, and we will help you weigh up which is simpler to run.

What does a B2B shop cost?

That depends on your pricing rules and which systems the shop needs to connect to. After a free call we give you a fixed quote, agreed before work starts. You only pay a deposit once you have tried a working prototype and want to go ahead.

What do you need from me?

Your product list, your price lists or pricing rules, your account terms and a list of the systems orders need to reach, such as Xero or Sage. A sample of real customer orders helps us design the reorder screens around how your buyers actually buy.
