UI design, short for user interface design, is the look and behaviour of the things people tap and read: buttons, forms, cards, menus, tables and dashboards. It is what makes a page feel trustworthy and easy to scan. Consistency matters as much as style, because people learn your interface once and expect it to behave the same everywhere.
We design in Figma with a component library from the start, so colours, type scale, spacing and every button state are defined once and reused. That makes development quicker and keeps future pages in line. We check colour contrast against WCAG 2.2 AA, design dark mode where you need it, and hand over specs developers can read without guessing.

How much does UI design cost?
UI design is quoted per project, based on the number of screens and the size of the component library. We agree a fixed price after a free call. If we also build the site or app, the design is included in that quote.
Do you need our brand guidelines?
If you have them, yes, and we work within them. If all you have is a logo, we can extend it into colours and type that work on screen. Full brand identity work is a separate service.
Will our developers be able to use the designs?
Yes. We hand over Figma files with named components, tokens and states, and we can join a call to walk your developers through them. Answering questions during the build is part of the job.
Can you design for an app we already have?
Yes. We audit your current screens, build a component library from what already works and redesign the weak areas first. Your developers can then roll the new components out gradually, without forcing a full rebuild.
