Stripe lets you take card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay online, along with Direct Debit through Bacs. Getting started is easy. Getting it right takes more care: failed payments, Strong Customer Authentication (the extra bank check on some card payments), refunds, VAT on invoices, and keeping your own database in step with what Stripe knows.
We use the right Stripe product for the job. Checkout for one-off sales, Billing for subscriptions and memberships, Payment Links for invoices or deposits sent by email, and Connect if you take payments on behalf of others. Webhooks tell your site the moment a payment succeeds or fails, so access, bookings and orders update straight away.
Your Stripe account is in your business name and the money goes straight to your bank. We never hold your funds. Stripe's processing fees are paid by you directly and appear in your Stripe dashboard, and we can post them to Xero or QuickBooks for you.

Questions people ask.
How much does Stripe integration cost?
Adding Payment Links or Checkout to an existing site is a small job. Subscriptions, bookings with deposits or marketplace payments with Connect take more work. You get a fixed quote after the free call. Stripe's own transaction fees are separate and paid to Stripe directly.
Do you get access to my money?
No. The Stripe account is opened in your business name and payouts go straight to your bank account. We work with restricted API keys or team access you grant, and you can remove our access at any time from your Stripe dashboard.
Can you fix a Stripe set-up someone else built?
Yes. We review the existing code and dashboard, check how webhooks are handled, look at failed events and disputes, and give you a list of fixes in priority order. Typical problems are missing webhook handlers, duplicate charges and subscriptions that never cancel properly.
Should I use Stripe or another payment provider?
Stripe suits most online businesses, especially for subscriptions and apps. If you already use PayPal, Square, SumUp or a gateway from your bank, we can work with those too, and we will compare the options with you on the free call using your own figures.
