Shopify connected to the rest of your business

We build custom Shopify apps and integrations when the App Store has nothing that fits.

Shopify Integration: where you are, the work, and where it gets you.

In plain English.

The Shopify App Store covers a lot, but businesses often hit its edges. The accounts app does not map VAT the way your accountant wants. The warehouse needs a file format no app produces. Your CRM needs order data that no connector sends. Workarounds with spreadsheets and Zapier start to pile up.

We build custom integrations using the Shopify Admin GraphQL API and webhooks, Shopify's way of announcing events such as a new order the moment they happen. Small links can run as Shopify Flow automations. Bigger ones run as a custom app installed only on your store, hosted by us or on your own server, with logging and alerts built in.

It suits you if.

  • You run Shopify and an app does not quite do what you need
  • Orders need to reach a warehouse, 3PL or ERP
  • You rely on Zapier chains that keep failing
  • You want Shopify data in your CRM or reporting tools
  • You sell B2B through Shopify and need custom pricing logic

What we do.

Custom Shopify apps

Apps installed on your store only, asking for the minimum API permissions they need to do the job.

Webhook-driven updates

Orders, refunds and customer changes passed to your other systems as they happen.

Shopify Flow automations

Tag customers, alert staff or update orders with Flow where it can do the job without custom code.

Accounts and warehouse links

Order and payout data sent to Xero or QuickBooks, and order files sent to your 3PL (third-party logistics warehouse) in the format they ask for.

Checkout logic with Functions

Discount, delivery and payment customisations built with Shopify Functions, Shopify's supported way to change checkout behaviour.

How it runs.

  1. 01

    Describe the gap

On a free call, tell us what Shopify needs to connect to and what is going wrong today.

  2. 02

    Spec and fixed price

We check the APIs on both sides, write a short spec and agree a fixed price with you.

  3. 03

    Build on a dev store

We build against a Shopify development store and a test copy of the other system.

  4. 04

    Install and monitor

The app goes onto your live store, we watch real orders flow through and hand over the code.

Questions people ask.

Is a custom app better than one from the App Store?

If an App Store app does the job well, use it, as it will cost you less. Custom apps make sense when no app fits, when you are paying for several apps to do one thing, or when data needs to reach a system nobody else supports.

Will it still work when Shopify updates its API?

Shopify releases a new API version every quarter and supports each one for at least a year. We build against a current stable version and can update the app before older versions are retired, either as one-off work or through ongoing support.

Who hosts the integration?

Small automations run inside Shopify Flow and need no hosting at all. Custom apps need a small server, which we can host for you or deploy to your own cloud account. Any hosting cost is explained before you agree to anything.

How much does a Shopify integration cost?

It is priced per project once we understand both systems. You get a fixed price after a free call, agreed before work starts, and you own the code we write for your store.
