SaaS products built to take paying customers
We build the accounts, subscriptions and admin tools a software product needs, so you can focus on the part customers pay for.
In plain English.
SaaS, or software as a service, means customers pay a monthly or yearly fee to use your software online. Behind every SaaS product sits the same plumbing: sign-up, teams and user invites, subscription billing, plan limits, password resets and an admin area. We build that plumbing properly so your product can grow on top of it.
Some clients come to us with an idea. Others have built an internal tool that other businesses in their trade keep asking about. Either way we start with a prototype you can show to potential customers, so you find out whether people will pay before the larger build begins.
We use Laravel or Node with a multi-tenant database, which keeps each customer's data separate. Billing runs through Stripe Billing, and we host on UK or EU servers with backups and monitoring in place from the day you take your first paying customer.
It suits you if.
- You have a software idea and want a working first version to test
- Your own internal tool could be sold to others in your trade
- You need subscription plans, free trials and team accounts
- A previous developer built a demo that cannot take real customers
- You want a technical partner before hiring a full team
What we do.
Multi-tenant accounts
Each customer organisation gets its own space, users and data, kept apart at the database level.
Subscription billing
Stripe Billing for plans, trials, upgrades, VAT and invoices, with a self-service billing page for your customers.
Admin console
Your own back office to see accounts, view the app as a user for support, and manage plans.
Onboarding flow
Sign-up, email verification, team invites and a first-run guide that gets new users to something useful quickly.
Built to grow
Queues, caching and a sensible database design so the app keeps up as customer numbers rise.
Monitoring from day one
Error tracking, uptime checks and backups set up before the first customer signs up.
How it runs.
- 01
Free call
Tell us the problem your product solves and who pays for it. We will be straight with you about scope and risk.
- 02
Prototype and validate
We build a clickable prototype you can put in front of potential customers before committing to the build.
- 03
Build the first version
After the deposit we build the smallest version people will pay for, released to early users as soon as it is stable.
- 04
Grow and improve
We keep adding features in agreed stages, guided by what your paying customers actually use.
Questions people ask.
How much does it cost to build a SaaS product?
It depends on how much the first version needs to do. We keep the first release small on purpose, so you can start charging sooner. App development starts from £750, and a SaaS first version is a larger project with a fixed price agreed after the prototype stage, before you pay a deposit.
Who owns the code and the customers?
You do. The code sits in your own Git repository, the hosting and Stripe accounts are in your company name, and the customer data belongs to you. If you later hire an in-house team, we hand over with documentation and a walkthrough of how everything fits together.
Can you work with my existing developer or code?
Yes. We can review existing code and tell you honestly whether to build on it or start again. We are also happy to work alongside an in-house developer or a technical co-founder, splitting the work so each side does what they are best at.
Do you help with GDPR for a SaaS product?
We build in the basics: data stored in the UK or EU, encrypted connections, access controls, data export and deletion for customers, and a list of the sub-processors you use. We point out what your privacy policy and data processing agreement need to cover, though legal wording should be checked by your own adviser.
