Review and Reputation Management: where you are, the work, and where it gets you.

In plain English.

Reviews influence local search and whether someone calls you once they find you. Google counts reviews as part of how prominent a business is in local results, and buyers read the replies as closely as the reviews. A steady flow of genuine reviews, answered thoughtfully, matters more than a perfect score.

The rules have tightened. Since April 2025, the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act makes fake reviews and concealed incentivised reviews unlawful in the UK, and businesses must take reasonable steps to prevent them. Google forbids review gating, which means asking only happy customers to review you. We build a request process that stays within both.

We set up review requests by text, email or QR code at the right moment, monitor Google, Trustpilot, Facebook and sector sites, and draft replies in your voice for you to approve. Where a review breaks platform policy, we report it with evidence. Where it is fair but harsh, we help you answer it well.

It suits you if.

  • Competitors have far more Google reviews than you
  • Your most recent review is months old
  • You have a negative or fake review you do not know how to handle
  • Reviews are spread across platforms nobody checks
  • You want staff to ask for reviews without it feeling awkward

What we do.

Compliant review requests

Automated requests by SMS or email after a job or order, sent to every customer, never only the happy ones.

Platform choice

We agree where reviews matter for you, such as Google, Trustpilot, Feefo, Reviews.io, Checkatrade or sector sites, and avoid spreading too thin.

Monitoring and alerts

New reviews across your platforms are collected in one place, with alerts for anything low-rated.

Reply drafting

Replies written in your voice for each review, picking up specific details on good ones and handling complaints calmly in public.

Fake and policy-breaking reviews

Reviews that break Google or platform policy are reported through the proper routes with supporting evidence. Genuine criticism stays, and we will not try to bury it.

Showing reviews on your site

Reviews displayed on your website in a way that follows Google's rules for review markup.

Questions people ask.

How much does review management cost?

Setup is a fixed quote, and ongoing monitoring and replies are a monthly fee agreed up front. Paid review platforms such as Trustpilot or Feefo plans, and SMS sending costs, are billed to you directly or passed through at cost.

Can you remove bad reviews?

Only reviews that break the platform's rules, such as fake reviews, spam, conflicts of interest or offensive content, can be reported for removal, and the platform decides. Genuine negative reviews stay. A calm, helpful reply is usually the best answer to them.

Can I offer a discount for reviews?

Offering incentives for reviews is against Google's policies, and under UK law any incentivised review must be clearly disclosed. The safest route is to ask every customer, simply and at the right time, with no reward attached.

Will this get me more reviews quickly?

Asking at the right moment usually increases the flow, as many satisfied customers mean to leave a review and forget. How many arrive depends on how many customers you serve and how they feel about the service. We do not promise numbers or ratings.
