Multi-Location SEO: where you are, the work, and where it gets you.

In plain English.

Running several branches, depots or clinics brings its own search problems. Each location needs its own Google Business Profile, its own page on your website and its own reviews. Often one branch does well in search while another barely appears, and nobody is quite sure why that is.

We set up a clear structure: a branches page or store locator, an individual page for every location with real local detail, and a profile for each one that links to the right page. Listings are checked for each address so old branches, moved premises and duplicate profiles stop confusing Google.

Reporting is split by branch, so managers can see their own calls, direction requests and search visibility. When you open a new site, there is a checklist ready so its page, profile and listings are live and correct from the day the doors open.

It suits you if.

  • You have two or more premises, depots, clinics or showrooms
  • Some branches show in Google Maps and others do not
  • Old or closed locations still appear in search
  • Branch managers ask why their area gets fewer calls
  • You plan to open more locations

What we do.

Branch page template

A page layout for each location with address, opening hours, staff, services offered there, directions and photos.

Profile management at scale

All Google Business Profiles grouped under one organisation account, with consistent categories and naming rules.

Duplicate and closed listing clean-up

Old addresses, duplicate profiles and closed branches are merged, marked closed or removed through the proper channels.

Per-branch reviews

Review links and QR codes for each location so feedback lands on the right profile.

Branch-level reporting

Calls, website clicks and direction requests from each profile, alongside map grid checks for each area.

How it runs.

  1. 01

    List every location

We gather each address, phone number and profile, including ones you may have forgotten about.

  2. 02

    Clean and group

Profiles are claimed, grouped and corrected, and duplicates are dealt with.

  3. 03

    Build branch pages

Each location gets its own page, written with details from the branch team.

  4. 04

    Report by branch

Results are shared per location so you can see which areas need more attention.

Questions people ask.

Can every branch use the same page text?

It is better not to. Near-identical pages give Google little reason to rank each one. We ask each branch for real details such as parking, nearby landmarks, staff and the services offered there, so every page stands on its own merits.

Who needs access to the Google profiles?

You keep ownership through your own business account. We are added as a manager, and branch managers can be given access to their own profile if you want them to reply to reviews. Nothing is ever set up in our name.

Does it matter if our branches are spread across the country?

Not at all. The work is the same wherever the branches are. Site visits are not needed for most of it, because branch staff can send photos and details and we handle the rest remotely from Nottingham and Derby.

How do you price multi-location work?

By the number of locations. There is a one-off fee for the initial clean-up and branch pages, then an optional monthly fee for monitoring and reporting. You see both figures in writing after the free call.
