Microsoft 365 working with your other software
We use Microsoft Graph and Power Automate to link Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Excel with your website, CRM and business apps.
In plain English.
If your team lives in Outlook and Teams, the best place for alerts, files and approvals is often right there. Microsoft 365 integration connects those tools to the rest of your business, so a new web enquiry posts to a Teams channel, a signed contract is filed in the right SharePoint folder, and a booking appears in a shared Outlook calendar.
For simple flows, Power Automate is often enough, and it may already be included in your licence. For anything heavier we use Microsoft Graph, the API behind Microsoft 365, registered in your own Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) with only the permissions it needs. Your administrator approves exactly what the integration can see.
We also build the reverse direction: your own web app signing users in with their Microsoft work account, reading their calendar, or saving reports straight to OneDrive. Staff use one login, and you control access from the Microsoft 365 admin centre.
It suits you if.
- Your team works in Outlook and Teams all day and misses alerts from other systems
- Files from your website or app should land in SharePoint automatically
- You want staff to sign in to your own apps with their Microsoft account
- Approvals bounce around by email with no record
- Data is copied from Excel sheets into other systems by hand
What we do.
Teams notifications
New leads, orders, failed payments or support tickets posted to the right Teams channel with a link to the record.
SharePoint and OneDrive filing
Documents saved into the right folder with sensible names and metadata, ready for your team to find.
Outlook mail and calendar
Shared mailboxes processed, emails filed against customers, and bookings written into shared calendars.
Sign in with Microsoft
Your own apps use Entra ID single sign-on, so leavers lose access as soon as their account is disabled.
Power Automate where it fits
Low-code flows for simple jobs, with custom code only where Power Automate runs out of road.
Least-privilege access
App registrations ask only for the Graph permissions they need, approved by your administrator.
How it runs.
- 01
Free call
Tell us which Microsoft 365 apps your team uses and what should happen automatically.
- 02
Permissions plan
We list the Graph permissions needed and agree them with your Microsoft 365 administrator.
- 03
Build and test
We build in a test team or folder first, so nothing lands in front of staff until it works.
- 04
Roll out
We switch it on for everyone, show the team what has changed and monitor the first runs.
Questions people ask.
Is Power Automate enough, or do we need custom work?
For many simple flows, Power Automate is enough, and some licences already include it. It struggles with complex logic, high volumes and premium connectors that need extra licences. We look at your needs and recommend the cheapest option that will be dependable, which is sometimes a mix of both.
Is it safe to give an integration access to our Microsoft 365?
Yes, when permissions are kept narrow. We register the integration in your own Entra ID, request only what it needs, such as one SharePoint site rather than all of them, and your administrator approves it. Access can be revoked at any time, and its actions show in the audit log.
How much does a Microsoft 365 integration cost?
A Teams alert or a simple filing flow is a small job. Single sign-on, mailbox processing or work across several systems is larger. You get a fixed quote after the free call. Microsoft 365 and any Power Automate premium licences are paid by you directly to Microsoft or your reseller.
Do you also support Microsoft 365 day to day?
Yes. Our Microsoft 365 support service covers mailboxes, Teams, permissions and user problems, and our email setup service handles moving onto Microsoft 365 in the first place. This page is about connecting it to your other systems, which usually comes once the basics are settled.
