Menus that are easy to order from
We lay out your dishes so guests find what they want quickly, with allergens marked clearly and files you can update when prices change.
In plain English.
A menu is a sales tool that gets read in a dim room by someone who is hungry. Clear sections, type that is readable at arm's length and sensible price placement do more than decoration ever will. We look at your margins with you and give the dishes you most want to sell the positions people read first.
We also handle the practical parts. The Food Standards Agency expects you to be able to tell customers about the 14 major allergens in your food, so allergen details need to be accurate and easy to find. We set up a template you can edit when prices or specials change, plus versions for the table, a wall board, a takeaway leaflet and a QR menu page.
It suits you if.
- You run a restaurant, cafe, pub, takeaway or food truck
- Your menu has grown into a crowded list nobody reads
- Prices change often and reprinting is a hassle
- You need takeaway and QR menus that match the table menu

Questions people ask.
Can I change prices myself afterwards?
Yes. We build an editable template in Canva, Word or InDesign depending on what you use. Prices and dish names can be changed without touching the layout. If you would rather we did it, small updates are quoted per change.
Do you check allergen information?
We lay out the allergen information you give us clearly and consistently, and flag anything that looks missing. The information itself must come from your kitchen, because only you know your recipes and suppliers. Your team should sign off the final proof.
Can you do a QR code menu?
Yes. We build a mobile-friendly menu page, either on your existing website or as a simple standalone page, and generate a QR code for the tables. Update the page and every QR code shows the new menu, with nothing to reprint.
How much does menu design cost?
It depends on the number of menus and pages. A single A4 food menu is a smaller job than a full set including drinks, takeaway and boards. You get a fixed price once we have seen your current menus, and printing is paid separately at cost.
