Floor plans get used for very different jobs. Estate agents and landlords want a clean marketing plan with room names and approximate sizes. An office fit-out needs an accurate CAD layout to plan desks, power and data. A fire risk assessment needs escape routes, extinguisher points and fire doors marked. We draw each one to suit its purpose.
We measure on site across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire using laser distance meters, and redraw remotely from existing drawings, architect files or your own measured sketches anywhere in the UK. Plans are supplied as PDF and PNG for marketing and printing, and as DWG where you or a contractor need to work on them in CAD. Marketing plans carry a note that measurements are approximate.

Questions people ask.
How accurate are the plans?
Laser-measured plans are accurate enough for marketing and space planning. Marketing plans include a note that measurements are approximate, which is normal practice. For structural or building regulations work you need a measured survey from a surveyor or architect.
Can you add furniture to the plan?
Yes. We can show furniture layouts for marketing or fit-out planning, using standard furniture sizes or the items you have chosen, so you can check how a room works. Layouts can sit on a separate layer so the plain plan stays available.
How much do floor plans cost?
Priced by property size and whether we measure on site or redraw from existing plans. Extra floors and fire safety versions add to the quote. You get a fixed price after the call, and nothing is measured or drawn until you have agreed it.
Do you produce fire evacuation plans?
We draw evacuation plans showing routes, exits, fire doors and equipment, based on the information in your fire risk assessment. The assessment itself must be carried out by a competent person, and they should check the plan before it goes on the wall.
