Entity SEO: where you are, the work, and where it gets you.

In plain English.

Search engines try to understand things as well as words. Those things are called entities: people, companies, products and places, and the links between them. Google stores what it knows in its Knowledge Graph, and AI assistants build similar pictures. If the facts about your business are scattered or contradictory, they may confuse you with someone else or leave you out.

Entity SEO makes those facts clear and consistent. Your website states who you are, what you do, where and who runs it, backed by Organization schema with sameAs links to your official profiles. Those profiles, directories and any Wikidata entry then say the same things back.

It matters most for businesses with a common name, a recent rebrand, several trading names or a founder who is the public face of the company. The outcome to look for is a correct knowledge panel, accurate AI answers about you and fewer mix-ups with similarly named firms.

It suits you if.

  • Your business name is shared with other companies
  • You have rebranded and old names still appear
  • Google shows the wrong knowledge panel, or none at all
  • AI tools get basic facts about you wrong
  • Your founder is known in the industry and you want that tied to the business

What we do.

Questions people ask.

Do I need a Wikipedia page?

No, and most businesses would not meet Wikipedia's notability rules. Writing one about yourself is also discouraged. Wikidata has different rules and may be suitable in some cases. Your own site and consistent profiles do most of the work.

How do I get a knowledge panel?

Google decides when to show one, based on how confident it is about an entity. You cannot apply for one, but clear, consistent facts make it more likely. If a panel already exists, we can help you claim it and suggest edits to it.

How long does entity work take?

The site and profile changes take a few weeks. Search engines and AI tools update at their own pace, so changes to knowledge panels and AI answers can take a few months to show. We recheck each quarter and tell you what has moved.

How is entity SEO priced?

A fixed project price for the audit and clean-up, depending on how many profiles and trading names are involved. Ongoing checks can be added later if you want them. The price is settled after the free call.
