Press coverage that earns links and brand searches

We turn your knowledge and data into stories journalists can use, then pitch them to the right desks.

Digital PR: where you are, the work, and where it gets you.

In plain English.

Digital PR is press relations aimed at online publications. Instead of asking for a link, we give a journalist something worth writing about: a survey result, an analysis of public data, or a quick expert quote on a story already running. When they cover it, the article usually credits and links to you.

Coverage on news and trade sites does two jobs. The links carry weight with Google, and mentions of your name help search engines and AI assistants understand who you are and what you know. Neither is guaranteed. Journalists choose what to run, so we plan several angles and judge each campaign on the coverage it actually wins.

Campaigns that need wider press lists run with trusted PR partners. We arrange and manage the work, write the material with you and keep you in control of anything said in your name, including every quote, figure and claim before it reaches an inbox.

It suits you if.

  • You have expertise journalists would quote if they knew you existed
  • You hold sales trends, survey results or data nobody else has
  • Standard outreach has stalled and you need links from bigger sites
  • Your trade press covers stories you could comment on
  • You want your brand named in coverage as well as linked

What we do.

Data-led campaigns

We find a story in your own figures or public sources such as ONS, DVLA or Land Registry data, check the numbers and write it up as a press release with charts.

Reactive commentary

We watch journalist requests on ResponseSource, Qwoted and #journorequest and draft fast, quotable comments from you on stories in your area.

Trade and regional press

Industry titles and East Midlands news sites are often more receptive than nationals and send better-matched readers. We build lists for both.

Spokesperson preparation

We agree the topics you can speak on, write a short biography and prepare approved lines so you can answer a journalist the same day.

Coverage tracking

Every mention is logged, linked or not. Where a site names you without linking, we politely ask for the credit.

How it runs.

  1. 01

    Find the story

We talk through your data, opinions and expertise, then test angles against what journalists in your sector have covered recently.

  2. 02

    Build the material

We write the release, check every figure, produce simple charts and prepare your quotes for approval.

  3. 03

    Pitch and respond

We pitch selected journalists individually, follow up once and answer requests for extra detail quickly.

  4. 04

    Log and follow through

Coverage is tracked as it lands, unlinked mentions are chased and we review what worked before planning the next campaign.

Questions people ask.

How much does a digital PR campaign cost?

Each campaign is priced on its own and agreed before work starts. The cost depends on whether we commission a survey, how much data work is involved and how wide the outreach goes. Survey panel fees and any paid distribution are yours and passed through at cost.

Can you guarantee coverage?

No honest PR agency can, because journalists decide what to publish. We reduce the risk by testing angles before we build them, pitching to a tight list of relevant writers and keeping reactive commentary running between campaigns, which often lands mentions on its own.

What do you need from me?

Access to any data you are happy to share, an hour to agree your views on the topics we will pitch, and quick replies when a journalist asks a question. Speed matters, as many reporters file their stories the same day.

How long before I see results?

Reactive comments can land within days. A data campaign needs several weeks of preparation before it is pitched, and links often keep arriving for some time afterwards as other sites pick up the story and cite the original coverage.
