Business cards and stationery that match each other
We design your cards, letterhead and email signature as one set, then supply files any printer can run without queries.
In plain English.
Stationery is often the first thing a customer holds from you. A card that is cramped, printed on thin stock or out of step with your website quietly undercuts the impression you made in person. We design the whole set together, so the card, letterhead, compliment slip and email signature clearly belong to the same business.
Details matter on small items. We check that phone numbers are big enough to read, that nothing important sits in the 3mm trim zone, and that your letterhead works as a Word template your office can actually type into. You choose the printer and the finish, and we supply print-ready PDFs to their specification.
It suits you if.
- You have a new logo and need stationery to match
- Your letterhead is an image pasted into Word that prints blurry
- Staff all have different email signatures
- You want foil, spot UV or heavy board and need files set up for it
What we do.
Print finishes planned
If you want foil, spot UV, edge painting or letterpress, we set up the separate finish layers your printer needs.
Letterhead as a working template
Your letterhead becomes a Word or Google Docs template with the branding locked, so staff type in the body and nothing moves.
Email signatures that render
HTML signatures built to display properly in Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail, with hosted images rather than attachments.
New staff made easy
We keep a master card layout, so adding a new starter is a quick text change.
How it runs.
- 01
Free call
Tell us which items you need, how many staff you have, and if there is a printer you already use.
- 02
Design
We lay out the card first, then carry the same system onto the letterhead, slip and signature.
- 03
Check every name
You review each name, job title and number on a PDF proof, and we correct and re-proof until it is right.
- 04
Print-ready files
Files go to your printer to their spec, or we arrange the run and the print bill comes to you at cost.
Questions people ask.
Do you print the cards as well?
We design and supply print-ready files. You can use any printer you like, or we can arrange the run with a printer we trust. Either way the print cost is yours, and when we arrange it we pass it through at cost with no mark-up.
What size and stock should I choose?
The UK standard card is 85 by 55mm. For stock, 400gsm or heavier feels substantial, and a soft-touch laminate adds a pleasant grip. We talk through options on the call and set the file up to suit whatever you pick.
How long does it take?
Design and proofing usually takes one to two weeks, depending on how many names and items are involved. Printing time comes on top and varies by printer and finish, with foil and spot UV jobs taking longer than plain digital print.
Can I add new staff cards later?
Yes. We keep the master layout, so a new card is a small job: send the name, role and contact details and we return a print-ready file. You also get the editable files if you would rather do it yourself.
