Marketing that fills the workshop and moves the stock
Paid search, social, email and video planned around service bookings, used car enquiries and parts sales, and measured against real jobs.
In plain English.
Motor trade marketing works best when it follows the calendar of the work. MOT reminders before the due date, winter checks in October, track-day parts in spring, convertibles when the sun comes out. We plan ads, social posts and emails around the moments your customers actually need you, so nothing goes out just to fill a gap in the schedule.
For parts sellers that usually means Google Shopping campaigns from a clean Merchant Center feed, search ads for part numbers and brands, and remarketing to people who looked at a part but did not buy. For garages and dealers it means local search ads, Facebook and Instagram for stock and builds, and email that brings customers back.
Ad spend is yours and is paid directly to Google, Meta or whichever platform runs the ads. Our management fee is agreed up front. Every campaign is tracked through GA4, with call tracking where you want it, so you can see the bookings and sales behind the spend.
It suits you if.
- You run a garage with gaps in the diary at certain times of year
- You sell used cars and want more enquiries per car listed
- You sell parts online and want Google Shopping to pay its way
- You have a customer list but rarely email it
- You have good build videos and photos that nobody sees
What we do.
Google Ads and Shopping
Search campaigns for services, brands and part numbers, and Shopping campaigns fed from your Merchant Center, with negative keywords kept tidy.
Paid and organic social
Facebook, Instagram and TikTok content made from your own workshop and builds, with paid boosts aimed at your local area or buyer profile.
Email and CRM
Service and MOT reminders, follow-ups after a sale and offers for previous buyers, sent with the consent that PECR (the UK rules on electronic marketing) requires.
Content and video
Short videos of builds, dyno runs and walk-rounds, and written guides that answer the questions customers ask at the counter.
Tracking that counts jobs
GA4 events, call tracking and offline conversions where your systems allow, so you judge campaigns on bookings and sales.
How it runs.
- 01
Look at what works
We review your current ads, social accounts, customer data and tracking, and find where money or effort is leaking.
- 02
Agree a plan
We set channels, budgets and goals with you. Ad spend and our fee are agreed separately so you always know where the money goes.
- 03
Launch and create
Campaigns go live, emails are set up and content starts going out, using your own photos and videos wherever possible.
- 04
Report and adjust
Each month we report results against bookings and sales and move budget towards what is working.
Questions people ask.
How much should I spend on ads?
That depends on your area, your margins and how many jobs you can take. We suggest a starting budget after looking at your numbers and the competition, then adjust once real data comes in. Ad spend goes straight to the platform and stays under your control.
Do I need to send you photos and videos?
It helps a lot. Phone footage of a build or a quick walk-round of a car often works better than stock imagery. We can edit what you send, and arrange and manage a filming day for larger video projects.
Can you use my customer list for email?
Yes, if the people on it agreed to hear from you, or bought from you and were given a chance to opt out. We check how the list was built, set up unsubscribe links and keep records so you stay on the right side of PECR and UK GDPR.
Will I own the ad accounts?
Yes. Google Ads, Meta Business and email accounts are set up in your name, with us added as managers. If you stop working with us, you keep the accounts, the campaign history and the audiences.
