SaaS SEO: where you are, the work, and where it gets you.

In plain English.

Software companies face a particular search problem. People rarely search for a product they have not heard of. They search for the job they need done, a competitor's name, or an alternative to something they already use. A homepage and a pricing page will not catch those searches.

SaaS SEO builds the pages that do: use-case pages for each problem you solve, comparison and alternative pages, integration pages for the tools you connect to, and help content for before and after sign-up. We also check how your marketing site renders, since many are built with JavaScript frameworks that search engines can struggle with.

Success is measured in trials, demos and paid accounts. We set up GA4 events for sign-ups and can pass the source into your product analytics or billing system, so you can see which pages bring customers who stay and which only bring tyre-kickers.

It suits you if.

  • You run a software product with a free trial, demo or freemium plan
  • Most sign-ups come from paid ads or word of mouth
  • Your marketing site is built in React, Next.js or a similar framework
  • Competitors rank for 'alternative to' searches about your product
  • Your help docs live on a subdomain that nobody finds

What we do.

Use-case pages

One page for each job your software does, written for the person who has that problem and does not know your name yet.

Comparison and alternative pages

Fair, accurate comparisons with the tools buyers are weighing you against, kept up to date as features change.

Integration pages

A page for each tool you connect with, since people often search for software that works with what they already use.

Rendering checks

We test how Google sees your JavaScript pages using the URL Inspection tool and fix content that only appears after scripts run.

Sign-up attribution

GA4 events for trials and demos, with the landing page passed to your CRM or billing tool where possible.

How it runs.

  1. 01

    Learn the product

We use your product and talk to your team about who buys, why and what they compared you with.

  2. 02

    Plan the page types

Use cases, comparisons, integrations and docs are mapped to search demand and your sales priorities.

  3. 03

    Fix rendering first

Any JavaScript or indexing problems on the marketing site are sorted before new pages are added.

  4. 04

    Measure sign-ups

Reports focus on trials, demos and paid conversions from organic search, page by page.

Questions people ask.

Are comparison pages risky?

They can be if they are unfair or out of date. We keep claims factual, link to sources where useful and set a reminder to review them when competitors change. Done honestly, they help buyers who are already comparing and would otherwise read a competitor's version.

Our site is built in Next.js. Is that a problem?

Not if it is set up well. Next.js can render pages on the server so search engines see the full content straight away. Problems come from pages that only load content in the browser. We check which yours are and suggest fixes your developers can apply.

Do you work with our developers?

Yes. We write clear tickets with the issue, the fix and how to test it, and can review pull requests if that helps. If you have no developer time to spare, we can make the changes ourselves on most stacks.

How is SaaS SEO priced?

A fixed monthly fee covering strategy, content and technical checks, agreed after the free call. Larger one-off pieces, such as a full set of integration pages, can be quoted as a separate project instead if you prefer.
