Product pages that answer the buyer's questions
We redesign the page where buying decisions happen, so customers find the size, price, delivery date and reasons to trust you.
In plain English.
The product page is where a visitor decides. If the delivery cost is hidden, the size guide is a PDF or the photos stop at one angle, people leave to check elsewhere and often do not come back. Changes to this one template tend to matter more than a new homepage.
We look at your product pages using GA4 and Microsoft Clarity, a free tool that records where people scroll and click. Then we redesign the template: gallery, variant selectors, stock and delivery messages, specification tables, reviews and a sticky add-to-basket button on mobile. We also add Product schema so Google can show price and availability in search results.
It suits you if.
- Lots of visitors view products but few add to basket
- Customers email to ask questions your page should answer
- Your product pages look cramped on a phone
- Specs, sizes or fitment details are hard to find
- Google results for your products show no price or stars
What we do.
Evidence before design
We review GA4 funnels and Clarity recordings to see where buyers hesitate, then design against what we find.
Mobile-first layout
Gallery, price and add-to-basket visible straight away on a phone, with a sticky button as people scroll through the specs.
Delivery and returns up front
Cut-off times, delivery costs and returns terms shown next to the price, pulled from your real shipping rules.
Specs and size guides
Specification tables and inline size or fitment guides built from product attributes, so they stay accurate as products change.
Rich results markup
Product, Offer and AggregateRating schema so Google can show price, stock and reviews when it chooses to.
How it runs.
- 01
Start with a call
Tell Garreth on a free call which products matter most and what customers keep asking. We agree what to measure.
- 02
Find the friction
We study your analytics and recordings and send you a short list of problems, each with a screenshot.
- 03
Design and build
A new template built on your platform, tried on a staging copy of your shop before it goes live.
- 04
Measure the change
We compare add-to-basket rate and checkout starts before and after, and suggest the next round of changes.
Questions people ask.
Do you redesign every product page individually?
No. We redesign the template that all your product pages use, so every product benefits at once. Where a few best sellers deserve extra content, such as comparison tables or videos, we can add that on top as a separate, quoted piece of work.
Which platforms do you work with?
Mostly WooCommerce and Shopify. On WooCommerce we edit the product template in a child theme. On Shopify we work on the product section in Liquid. If you are on another platform, ask on the free call and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Will this improve my sales?
We cannot promise a figure, and anyone who does is guessing. What we can do is remove the problems your own data points to, then measure add-to-basket and checkout rates before and after, so you can see for yourself whether it worked.
How much does product page design cost?
It depends on how many product templates you have and how much data there is to review. You get a fixed price after a free call, agreed before any work starts, and the measurement set-up is included in that price.
