Membership websites that run your members area for you
Logins, levels, renewals and member-only content, with payments handled by Stripe or GoCardless.
In plain English.
A membership website gives paying or registered members access to things the public cannot see: resources, courses, a directory, event discounts or a community forum. Behind the scenes it has to manage sign-ups, membership levels, renewals, failed payments and people who forget their password. That admin is where most membership sites cause trouble.
We build on WordPress with a membership plugin such as Paid Memberships Pro or MemberPress, or as a bespoke Laravel system when your rules are unusual. Payments run through Stripe or GoCardless Direct Debit into your own account. Members manage their own details and renewals, and you get a dashboard showing who is active, lapsed or due.
It suits you if.
- You run a club, association or professional body
- You sell courses or resources by subscription
- Renewals are chased by hand every year
- Member details live in spreadsheets and email folders
- Different membership levels need different access
What we do.
Membership levels
Separate tiers, each with its own price, access rules and benefits.
Automated renewals

Gated content
Pages, downloads and videos restricted by level, with a clear message and sign-up link for non-members.
Member self-service
Members update their details, download receipts and change level without emailing you.

Questions people ask.
How much does a membership website cost?
Membership sites are quoted after a free call. WordPress builds start at our bespoke website price of £995, and bespoke systems start at our £750 app development price, rising with the complexity of your rules. Plugin licences and payment fees are yours, at cost.
Can I bring my existing members across?
Yes. We import names, emails and levels from your spreadsheet or old system. Card details usually cannot be moved between payment providers, so we plan how members re-confirm payment with as little fuss as possible.
Which payment method should I use?
Stripe suits monthly or annual card payments. GoCardless Direct Debit suits annual fees and members who prefer not to pay by card. Some clubs offer both. Fees are charged by the provider directly to you.
Who owns the member data?
You do. Member records sit in your database and payment records in your own Stripe or GoCardless account. You can export everything whenever you like, and nothing is locked into a system only we can open.
