We bring a portable studio to your office, set the lighting once and photograph everyone the same way, so the set looks consistent today and new starters can be matched later. Each person takes a few minutes and is back at their desk quickly.
We work on site across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, with retouching and gallery work handled remotely. Retouching is light: skin tidied and stray hairs removed, but people still look like themselves. Each person gets their chosen image as a website crop, a LinkedIn square and a full resolution file for press, and we record the setup so future headshots match.

Questions people ask.
How much do headshots cost?
The price depends on the number of people and how many looks you want, for example a plain backdrop plus an environmental shot in the office. We agree a fixed price on the free call, including retouching and every crop.
What should staff wear?
Plain, solid colours usually work best. Avoid fine stripes and busy patterns, which can shimmer on screen. Whatever people normally wear at work is fine, as long as the team agrees roughly how formal everyone should look.
How do we add new starters later?
We keep a record of the lighting, background and camera settings. When someone new joins, we photograph them to match, either individually or by grouping a few new starters into one short visit to keep the cost down.
Can people choose their own photo?
Yes. Each person gets a private gallery link and picks their favourite. If you prefer the business to choose for consistency, we can do that instead. Only the chosen images are retouched, which keeps turnaround sensible.
