Event websites that sell tickets and answer questions
Programme, speakers, venue details and ticketing on a site you can update right up to the day.
In plain English.
An event website has a short, intense life. It needs to go live early to sell tickets, carry changing information about speakers, timings and parking, and cope with a rush of visitors at ticket launch and in the week of the event. Afterwards it becomes a record of what happened and a place to sign up for next time.
We build event sites with ticketing through Eventbrite, Ticket Tailor or Stripe, a programme that updates in one place, and pages for venue, travel and accessibility. Hosting is set up to handle traffic spikes, with Cloudflare caching where it helps. Ticketing platform fees are paid by you directly to the provider.
It suits you if.
- You run a conference, festival, show or race day
- You run annual events and rebuild the site every year
- You want ticket sales on your own site
- Event details keep changing and updates are slow

Questions people ask.
How much does an event website cost?
Event sites are priced per project after a free call. A simple single-event site can come under our £395 small business website, while larger multi-day events with custom programmes start at our bespoke price of £995.
How far in advance do I need it?
As early as possible, because ticket sales usually open months before the event. Tell us your ticket launch date on the call and we plan the build back from it.
Which ticketing platform should I use?
Eventbrite is well known and easy to start with. Ticket Tailor gives more control over branding and its own fee structure. Stripe on your own site suits simple ticket types. Whichever you choose, the platform fees are paid by you directly.
Can we reuse the site next year?
Yes. It is built so dates, programme and speakers can be swapped for the next event, and the previous year is kept as an archive page with photos and the final programme.
