Emergency Website Support: where you are, the work, and where it gets you.

In plain English.

A website rarely breaks at a convenient moment. An automatic plugin update triggers a critical error, the domain lapses because the renewal card expired, or the checkout stops taking payments after a change at the payment provider. Every hour offline means lost enquiries and a worried phone call from a customer.

Emergency support is for the moment something has already gone wrong. You do not need to be an existing client. Tell us what you are seeing, give us the access you have, and we start working out whether the fault sits in the code, the hosting, the DNS or a third-party service.

We are honest about timing. We pick up urgent jobs as quickly as we can and tell you straight away when someone will be on it. Once the site is back, you get a short written account of the cause and what would stop it happening again.

It suits you if.

  • Your site shows "There has been a critical error" or a blank white page
  • Visitors see a security warning or a "site cannot be reached" message
  • Your online shop has stopped taking payments
  • Your previous developer is not answering
  • An update or a hosting change has broken the layout

What we do.

Fast triage

We check DNS, SSL, hosting status and error logs first, because those quick checks point to the cause in a large share of outages.

Works on most platforms

WordPress, WooCommerce, Laravel, plain PHP and static sites are all familiar ground. If a site is on a hosted builder, we work through its support channels with you.

Roll back or repair

If a recent update caused the fault, rolling back is often the quickest route online. We then fix the underlying conflict properly so it does not return.

Clear updates while we work

You get short messages telling you what we have found and what we are trying next, in plain English.

A written root cause

After the fix you receive a summary of what failed, why it failed and what would prevent a repeat.

How it runs.

  1. 01

    Tell us what is happening

Call or email with the web address, what visitors see and anything that changed recently. Screenshots help.

  2. 02

    Access and backup

We gather whatever logins you have, then take a copy of the site and database before touching anything.

  3. 03

    Diagnose and fix

We trace the fault, agree the fix with you if it goes beyond the first estimate, and bring the site back online.

  4. 04

    Report and next steps

You get a short report and our honest view on whether ongoing care would reduce the chance of it happening again.

Questions people ask.

How quickly can you start?

We treat outages as urgent and start as soon as someone is free, which we confirm when you first get in touch. We do not offer round-the-clock cover, so we will always be upfront about when the work can begin.

How much does an emergency fix cost?

We give you a price for the diagnosis before starting. Once we know the cause, we tell you the cost of the repair and wait for your go-ahead. You will not get a surprise bill afterwards.

What if I have no logins at all?

We can still help. We work out who holds your domain and hosting from public records, then help you prove ownership and regain access. That takes longer, but it is often the most important part of the job.

Will it break again?

Sometimes the cause is a one-off, such as an expired card. Other times it points to a wider problem like outdated plugins or an old PHP version. Our report says which, and what we would suggest doing about it.
