Not every business needs a full Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 subscription. If your team just needs reliable mailboxes on your own domain, with webmail and phone access, plain hosted email can be simpler and cheaper per person. We arrange and manage the mail service, so you have one contact when something goes wrong.
Mailboxes work over IMAP, so mail, folders and sent items stay in step across Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and your phone. Sending goes through authenticated SMTP on port 587 or 465. We add autodiscover and autoconfig records where the client supports them, so most devices set themselves up from an email address and password.
We also say when hosted email is the wrong choice. If you need shared calendars, Teams, shared drives or strong device management, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 will serve you better, and we set those up too. Licence fees for either go to Google or Microsoft directly, or are passed on at cost.

Every mailbox works in a browser and in any standard mail app, with folders and read status kept in step across devices.
Spam and virus filtering
Inbound mail is filtered before it reaches your inbox, with a quarantine you can check and safe-sender lists you control.
Authentication included
SPF, DKIM signing and a DMARC record are set up as part of every hosted email account, so your outgoing mail starts with a clean reputation.
Aliases and forwarders
Addresses such as info@ and accounts@ can deliver to one or more mailboxes without paying for an extra mailbox.

We connect Outlook, Apple Mail and phones for you or talk your team through it, with the right server names and ports.

Mailboxes, aliases and forwarders are created and the DNS records are prepared, but MX is not switched yet.

Existing mail is copied across, MX is pointed at the new service, and each device is reconnected and tested.

Questions people ask.
How much does email hosting cost?
It is a monthly fee per mailbox, agreed up front after a free call, with set-up quoted as a fixed price. We compare it honestly with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for your number of users, because for some teams one of those is the better buy.
Can I keep my existing emails?
Yes. We copy mail and folders from your old host over IMAP before switching, then run a final sync after the MX change to catch anything that arrived late. Contacts and calendars kept only on one computer are exported and imported separately.
Will my email work on my phone?
Yes. Any phone mail app that supports IMAP will work, including the built-in iPhone and Android apps and Outlook for mobile. We give each person the settings, or set the phone up with them on a short call.
Is hosted email secure?
Connections use TLS, passwords are never sent in plain text, and outgoing mail is signed with DKIM. For stronger controls such as enforced two-factor sign-in and remote wipe of lost phones, we usually recommend Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace instead.
