A marketing plan built on your own numbers
We work out which channels suit your business, how to split your budget and what to do first, in a plan you can follow.
In plain English.
Plenty of small businesses try a bit of everything: some ads, some posting, a newsletter now and then, an SEO agency for a while. Without a plan it is hard to tell what works, and money drifts towards whatever was sold to you last.
We build a strategy from your numbers: what a customer is worth, how many you need, how people find you now and what your competitors do. From that we recommend which channels to focus on, from search and paid ads to email, social and partnerships, with a suggested budget split and the targets that tell you it is working.
The result is a written plan with a 90-day action list, an owner for each task and a measurement set-up so you can see progress. You can carry it out yourselves, with us, or with other suppliers. It is yours to keep.
It suits you if.
- You spend on marketing but cannot say what it returns
- You are launching a new business, product or location
- You have a small budget and need to spend it wisely
- Your team needs a shared plan and priorities
- You want an outside view before hiring an agency or marketer

Questions people ask.
How much does a marketing strategy cost?
It depends on the size of your business and how many channels are involved. We agree a fixed price after the free call, before any work starts. A strategy for a small local business is a much smaller job than one for a company with several sites.
How long does it take?
Usually a few weeks from the first workshop to the finished plan, depending on how quickly we can get access to your data and arrange the session. We share early findings as we go, so nothing in the final plan comes as a surprise.
Do I have to use you to carry out the plan?
No. The plan is written so you, your team or any supplier can follow it. You can ask us to handle parts of it, but that is a separate decision you make once you have seen the plan and its costs.
What do you need from me?
Access to your analytics and ad accounts, a rough idea of sales figures and customer value, and a few hours of your time for the workshop and follow-up questions. Any past marketing reports you have are useful too.
