Each platform crops differently. An Instagram feed post works best at 1080 by 1350, stories and reels at 1080 by 1920, LinkedIn link images at 1200 by 627, and profile pictures get cut into circles. Graphics made for one platform rarely work on the others without text being chopped off, so we design for each placement inside its safe zones.
Most businesses post more often than they can afford to pay a designer each time. So we build a set of branded Canva templates for your regular post types (offers, tips, reviews, team news, events) and show you how to use them. When something needs a proper design, such as a launch or a campaign, we do it for you.

Questions people ask.
Do I need Canva Pro?
Not necessarily. Templates work in free Canva, but Canva Pro lets you store brand fonts and colours in a Brand Kit and resize designs quickly. If your team posts often, Pro usually saves time. The subscription is paid directly by you.
Will you post for me as well?
This service covers the graphics. If you want posting, captions and replying to comments handled too, that is our social media management service. Many clients start with templates and run the posting themselves until they want help.
How much does it cost?
A template set is priced as a one-off project. Campaign graphics and ongoing design can be quoted per campaign or as a monthly block agreed up front. We confirm the figure once we know which platforms and post types you need.
What if a platform changes its sizes?
Platforms do change their formats. If that happens, we can update your templates for a small fee, or show you how to adjust them yourself. Templates are built with spare margin, so minor changes rarely break them.
