LLM apps hosted with the costs under control
We host chatbots, agents and retrieval apps, and keep an eye on API spend and data handling.
In plain English.
An AI app is usually a few moving parts: a web front end, a backend that calls a model such as Claude, GPT or an open-weight model, a vector database holding your documents, and background jobs that keep that index up to date. Each part needs hosting, and the model API keys need guarding carefully.
We host the application side of AI tools: Python or Node.js backends, vector stores such as pgvector or Qdrant, queue workers for document ingestion, and streaming responses for chat interfaces. We add per-user rate limits and spending caps on model APIs, so a bug or an abusive visitor cannot run up a large bill overnight.
We map which data goes to which provider, so your UK GDPR records stay accurate. Hosting for AI apps is quoted after a free call. Where an app needs its own GPU to run a model locally, we arrange that through our GPU server service.
It suits you if.
- You have an AI prototype that needs a proper home
- Your chatbot or agent runs on someone's laptop or a free tier
- You are worried about runaway API costs
- You need to know where customer data goes when the AI answers
- We built your chatbot and you want us to host it too
What we do.
App and data together
The backend, vector database and document store are hosted together, with private networking between them.
Spending guardrails
Rate limits, per-user quotas and monthly caps on model API usage stop surprises on the invoice.
Key safety
Model API keys are stored as server secrets, rotated when needed and never exposed in the browser.
Ingestion jobs
Queue workers process new documents into the vector index, retrying failures and logging what was added.
Usage visibility
Request logs, response times and token usage are tracked so you can see what the app costs and where it is slow.
How it runs.
- 01
Look at the app
On a free call we look at the app, which models it uses, what data it touches and where it runs today.
- 02
Design the setup
We propose the hosting, data handling and cost controls, with a monthly quote.
- 03
Deploy
The app is deployed with secrets, limits and monitoring in place, then tested with real prompts.
- 04
Run and review
We monitor usage and errors, apply updates and go through the costs with you each month.
Questions people ask.
Can you host an AI app someone else built?
Yes. We review the code, the model providers it calls and how it stores data, then propose a hosting setup. If we spot risks, such as API keys in the front end or no usage limits, we fix those before it goes live.
How much does AI app hosting cost?
Hosting is quoted after a free call, based on the app's size and traffic. Model API usage from providers such as Anthropic or OpenAI is billed to your own account, so you see every charge, and we set caps so it cannot run away.
Does my data get used to train the AI?
That depends on the provider and the plan. Business API terms from the major providers generally exclude training on your data by default, but terms change. We check the current terms for the providers your app uses and write down what we found.
Can the AI run on our own server instead of a cloud API?
Yes, using an open-weight model on a GPU server. It keeps data in-house but costs more to run and needs careful sizing. We explain the trade-offs and can arrange and manage the GPU server for you.
