Why it exists
A customer rings up and wants the same again. A parcel goes missing and you need a replacement order without retyping everything. Duplicating an order should be one click, so we made it one click.
This runs on all three of our own stores. The warehouse uses it daily for reorders and replacement shipments.
What it does
- One-click duplicate from the order screen or order list
- Copies line items, prices, customer details and addresses
- Copies order meta, so plugins that store data on orders keep working
- New order starts as pending, ready to adjust and process
Penguin Duplicate Order replaces Easy Duplicate Woo Order. Where the old plugin stored data in standard fields we read the same fields, so in most cases the switch is deactivate one, activate the other. Stuck? Email us and we will walk you through it.
